Pros: -sturdy quality packaging, looks pretty gag gift but cool at the same time
-button itself is good quality, scratchless and perfect because of the design of the packaging which keeps it suspended at the centre of the box it comes in
-COOLEST THING EVER: you can do so much with this button, the simplest one (the one they teach you in the instructions manual included) is that you can choose a picture that pops up to full screen, at the time of installation they ask you to pick a picture (either from the ones included on the installation disk or your own) i opened up a word doc of an essay i did a while back and printscreened it, then i selected it as my picture and now every time i press the button it looks like im working diligently on my essay

Cons: -the usb link is quite short, under a metre, but pretty good (long enough to sit on my desk)
-im going to get some double sided tape and stick this button on the underside of my desk, sort of like a silent alarm at the bank
-as you can see there are NO cons.

Bottomline: -GET THIS, coolest investment ever,
-sooo easy to program and install, i hope i didnt make it seem to difficult with my deliriously happy rambling,
-get it, best eight bucks spent.
-you can program it to do ANYTHING, so if you have a fav song, you can program it to play it every time you press it - how cool can technology get! =)

(Try it before you buy, it has a test button.) With this program you can make the button open a image in full screen, play a sound file, shake the screen aka earthquake, trigger next slide in Powerpoint and also execute/open any web page or file (which makes endless opportunities with .bat-files) (also you can select one, any or all of these features)!

Cons: .
- Somewhat high price, compared to DX standards
- The cord is a bit short.

- You can't press the button all the way down, it is only pressed like 1mm down with a small cell-phone-button-ish click (this is the only real con)

I use it daily to shut down my computer quick and dirty by slamming the big red button, with a .bat file with the following content:
shutdown -s -f -t 0
This will force shutdown your computer (suppressing any "do you want to save before quitting" and error dialogs).
(To make a .bat-file, open Notepad paste the above command or any other, save as something.bat (-not- something.txt or something.bat.txt).)

Awesome product! Cool desktop gadget. Can also be useful to for example minimize all windows, shutting down computer, etc.
